Why We Built Warp?

Troy Lester and Daniel Sokolovsky started in food delivery, where every late order exposed the cost of unreliable logistics. After scaling Jitsu into a parcel network delivering millions of packages nationwide, they saw a bigger gap: the middle mile. LTL was broken, delays, damages, and no visibility left retailers struggling and carriers stuck in rigid systems.

They built Warp to change that. A connected LTL network powered by real-time data and predictive routing, Warp unifies shippers, carriers, and stores so freight moves faster, carriers run leaner, and supply chains finally operate as one.

Under his leadership, Warp launched tools like the Single-Lane Quoter, Carrier Booking AI, and Orbit AI, each reducing manual work and accelerating execution. He also guided the launch of the SMB Suite, extending enterprise-grade logistics solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.

Achievements

Daniel’s leadership has fueled Warp’s rapid expansion. Revenue grew from $21 million in 2024 to a projected $45 million in 2025, reflecting more than 40 percent year-over-year growth. Shipments surged 132 percent from 2023 to 2024, rising from 30,912 to 71,828, powered by Warp’s AI-driven operations and an LTL footprint that now spans nearly 3,000 cities. These results underscore his ability to turn cutting-edge innovation into sustained commercial growth.
